This is a delightful, creamy dessert that’s perfect for summer!
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
In a small bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Add in the melted butter. Combine the mixture with your hands, mixing well. Press the crust into a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake the crust for 5-7 minutes, just until the crust is toasty. Then remove it from the oven and place it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Turn the oven down to 325 F.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, eggs, lime juice and zest until thick and well combined.
Pour into the chilled graham cracker crust. Bake at 325 F for 15 minutes. Remove it from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Then chill in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve.
