Graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate brownie – version 2!
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, using a spoon, stir eggs together with sugar and vanilla. Once mixed well, add the butter.
In a separate bowl sift cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and salt.
Slowly stir dry mixture into wet ingredients. Mix, by hand, until just incorporated, about 40 strokes.
Spread mixture into a well greased and floured 9” square pan.
Bake for 25 minutes. Remove brownies, and add the marshmallows and graham cracker pieces on top. Pop it back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
Let brownies cool completely before cutting.
