An easy microwave recipe that comes out perfect every time! For popcorn, ice cream, or whatever you want. So easy to adjust the quantity. All the ingredients have the same measurement.
Put butter in a large microwave safe bowl. (It will bubble up when you cook it so make sure your bowl is big enough you don’t end up with a mess in the microwave!) Microwave on high for about 30 seconds until melted.
Add all other ingredients except salt. Stir to combine. Microwave for 2-3 minutes longer, stirring every 30 seconds until thick and coats the back of a spoon. Stir in salt and let cool a bit.
Don’t over cook or you will get a hard caramel instead of a nice soft one. It is done when dark brown and bubbly. Enjoy!
Store in fridge if there are leftovers that is.
