Easy quick way to use up leftover rhubarb!
Grease a 9 x 13 pan well. Layer ingredients in the order listed. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until light golden brown.
Serve warm or cold.

We call this Rhubarb Dump Cake, and it is SO GOOD! It’s the only rhubarb recipe I make anymore because it’s so easy!
