I’ve used this recipe for years and have taken them to many work potlucks. I am always asked for the recipe. I hope you like it as much as my family does.
Heat oven to 350 degrees (F). Grease and flour a 15 x 10 jelly roll pan.
In a large bowl, combine sugar, oil, eggs, and pumpkin and mix for one minute at highest speed. Add cake mix and spice, blend until moistened. Beat two minutes at highest speed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 25 – 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
In a small bowl, combine frosting and cream cheese at low speed until smooth. Frost cooled bars. Store in refrigerator.
Tip: two teaspoons of cinnamon, plus 1/2 teaspoon each of ginger, cloves, and nutmeg can be used in place of the pumpkin pie spice.

Ok – I made these for a friend of mine – they were Delic-ious. Very easy, very tasty, very recommendable.
