If you like a sweet cheesecake, then this is the recipe for you!
You can make the pie crust below, or you can just use a premade one from the store.
For the crust:
Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter and pack mixture firmly into bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
For the filling:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice in a mixer. Add eggs one at a time to the mixture and thoroughly combine (you really can’t overmix this). Pour into the chilled pie crust.
Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees (F). Then, reduce temperature to 200 degrees (F) and bake for additional 35-45 minutes (or until center is no longer jiggly).
Chill in the refrigerator before serving. Optional: top with cherry or strawberry pie filling.

This was really easy and really tasty. I made it using oreo cookie crumbs and no sugar in the crust. It turned out really good and was even better the nest day! Thanks!

Yum! This was really very good. I used the store bought crust. We love a sweeter cheesecake and this was perfect!
