This is the easiest and most tasty lemon pie. Give it a try. Sorry I don’t have a picture. It is yellow with a crust. (giggle)
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut ends off of the lemon and divide the lemon into four sections, removing the seeds. Place the first four ingredients in a blender, including the rind and all for the lemon. Put the lid on and blend until smooth. Pour into the unbaked pie shell and cook for 45 minutes at 350 F.
