Cool treat with lots of lemon-y flavor. This super easy recipe was handed down to me by my grandmother, who was the queen of simple cooking with big flavors.
Mix all the filling ingredients together and pour into the pie crust. Freeze for at least 30 minutes to set. Keep the pie in the freezer until ready to serve.
