I’m sure this originated on the back of a cake mix box, but it’s the recipe my family has been using for years. Yummy, light, easy lemon bars.
Combine cake mix with 1 egg and oil. Mix until crumbly. Reserve one cup.
Pat remaining batter lightly into an ungreased casserole dish (13x9x2). Bake 7-10 minutes at 350°.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and remaining egg until light and smooth.
Spread over cake. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Bake 10-15 minutes more (until top starts to brown).
