I love hot fudge over ice cream, but the sauces you can buy in the store are heavy on corn syrup and just don’t taste that good to me. This recipe is quick, easy, and stunningly delicious.
Melt chocolate in saucepan over low heat, then add butter, salt, and sugar.
Stir in half & half a little at a time until smooth. Heat through, then add vanilla.
Perfect to pour over ice cream. Keeps well in refrigerator for up to a week.
