Hey ladies – I made this twice and it is delicious, but have a question. I doubled it, and the center collapsed. I thought maybe it did that because I doubled it, then I made it in a regular, non deep dish pan without doubling the recipe, and it still collapsed in the center.

Does anyone have any tips so it doesn’t collapse in the center?
Thanks!

I used a deep dish pie pan and doubled the recipe, upped the cooking time to an hour. It was DELICIOUS! Easily the tastiest thing I have baked in months. Thanks for posting this recipe, it was a great way to test my new lovely pie pan!
