A simple, tasty way to take advantage of all those beautiful summer berries or fruits!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Arrange blueberries in ungreased pie plate or 8×8 square baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix brown sugar, flour, oats, butter, cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle on top of blueberries.
Bake for 30 minutes or until topping is light brown and bubbly.
Note: This is best with vanilla bean ice cream! Yum!

This was so easy, and a total crowd-pleaser! I did use 3 cups of blueberries instead of two, and it turned out perfect.

Terrific! This crumble is very sweet, so don’t forgo the ice cream. Next time I’ll probably double the fruit.
