This is a quick and easy cobbler recipe!
Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring just until combined. Roll 1 pie crust to fit a baking dish; place on berry mixture. Cut remaining pie crust into 1/2-inch strips.
Arrange strips in a lattice design over piecrust (or use any cut outs; I used fall leaves). Brush with egg, and lightly sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
