Very easy and very yummy!
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-Cut the butter into the dry cake mix until crumbly.
-Mix in the coconut.
-Pat the mixture lightly into an ungreased 9 x 13 x 2 baking dish making sure to build-up the edges slightly.
-Bake for 10 minutes.
-Remove from the oven and arrange the apple slices evenly on the warm crust.
-Mix the cinnamon and sugar.
-Sprinkle the cinnamon & sugar on the apple slices.
-Mix the sour cream and egg yolks in a separate bowl.
-Drizzle this mixture over the apple slices (it won’t completely cover the apples).
-Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges turn a light brown.
-Serve warm.
-Enjoy!
