Cinnamon and Splenda-sprinkled “baked” apple with ice cream and crunchy topping.
Use an apple corer/slicer/divider but don’t go all the way to the bottom. Cut out the core, but leave it intact at the bottom. It should look like a flower blossom.
Place in a small bowl, sprinkle with a little water and sprinkle cinnamon and sweetener/sugar. Microwave for two to three minutes, or until it’s as soft as you want it.
Top with a scoop of no sugar added vanilla ice cream, sprinkle Kashi, or other granola like cereal on top of the ice cream and add whipped cream if desired.
