Chocolate-dipped peanut butter filling, a crunchy bottom and a dusting of fleur de sel. Perfect for a summer party.
In a saucepan, combine peanut butter, butter, and brown sugar over medium heat. Heat until melted, stirring constantly. Take off heat and add powdered sugar a ¼ cup at a time, stirring until completely combined. Let cool.
Scoop peanut butter mixture and shape into balls. Place on a pretzel and press down to cover the holes in the pretzel. Refrigerate as needed before dipping.
Melt chocolate and shortening. Dip only the peanut butter part into chocolate. Sprinkle with fleur de sel or other sea salt.
