Do you like cakey brownies? If you do, you’ll love this cakey coconut brownie recipe. These brownies are delicious, dairy-free, flourless, and very easy to make.
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Soak dates in warm water for about 1/2 hour or until they are soft enough to mash them with a fork. I like adding the coconut oil to the dates and keep mashing until I have a smooth paste.
Whisk eggs with cocoa powder. Add date paste and tahini and mix again.
Lastly, add desiccated coconut, flax meal and baking soda. Mix everything thoroughly.
Grease brownie pan or cover it with baking paper. Pour in the mixture bake for 18–20 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
Let the brownie cake cool down, cut and enjoy!
