I bake this one to cope with an excessive amount of berries in the summer.
Mix together the yoghurt, sugar, flour, baking soda, melted butter, vanilla sugar and salt. Pour the mixture into a square-shaped baking form (8×8 or similar) that you’ve lined with baking paper. Then mix berries, 3 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of potato starch and spread this mixture on top of the dough.
Heat the oven to 200 C (about 390 F). Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes. If berries are very moist, the baking time may be longer, don’t worry!
Remove from the oven and leave the cake to cool a bit. Cut into square pieces.
The taste is marvelous!
