Description

Yummy and EASY pie crust for those of us who don’t like rolling out pie crusts and for those who want to try something different.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Peanut Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk
  • 1-½ cup Flour
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Preparation

Whisk the milk and oil together. (The key to making this good and not tasting like oil is using a little less oil and a little more milk.) Add flour, salt, and sugar. Press on bottom of pie plate. With a fork, poke holes in bottom and sides of crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

So easy and so good.

This worked well. I did not have peanut oil and used Coconut oil and it was very good. I am sure it would have been very good as written as well.

Simple, crisp, and delicious. I used melted butter instead of oil.
