Cream with Biscuits, Strawberries and Peaches

Description
This is my daughter’s favorite cream! Best of all, it’s ready in less than 15 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 can (225 ML Size) Whipping Cream
- ¼ ounces, weight Milk
- 1 package (7 Oz. Size) Savoiardi Buiscuits (also Known As LadyFingers)
- 10 Strawberries
- 3 Peaches
- 1 Tablespoon Canned Cherries (or Whole Cherry Jam)
Preparation
In a bowl using an electric mixer, whip the cream with the milk for 5 minutes. Roughly crumble half the package of biscuits into a nice round medium-sized bowl. Over it spread half the amount of whipped cream.
Clean the strawberries and peaches and cut them into small squares. Put half the fruit on top of the cream. Place the remaining crumbled biscuits over the fruit and add the remaining amount of fruit. Finish by spreading the remaining cream over the top. Decorate it with the cherries.
