This frosting began life atop a carrot and zucchini cake. Just make sure the cream
cheese isn’t straight from the fridge or you’ll have a battle on your hands. And make sure your cake is cool before you apply the frosting.
1. Whip together cream cheese, icing sugar and sour cream in a food processor, stand mixer or by hand until smooth.
2. Spread generously over the cake.

Why would you put the ingredient measurements in grams??
