For when you need something sweet and tart to satisfy that craving.
Preheat oven to 180 C or 375 F.
In an 8 x 8 inch glass baking dish, mix apple chunks, cranberries, 2 tablespoons of corn starch/flour, white sugar and mixed spice. Try to level it out as best you can.
In a large bowl, mix together melted butter, brown sugar, oats, flour and baking powder until the mixture resembles clumpy wet sand.
Scatter crumble mixture over the fruits.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until the crumble is golden and juice is bubbling.
Leave it to sit for about 15 minutes before serving with ice cream.
