My grandmother used to make this for us as a kids. I found it in her recipe box with no title, so I gave it one I thought fits. If you don’t like bananas, other fruit also works. Can’t have sugar? Splenda can be substituted. It’s a very easy and flexible dessert.
Put all in ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Put in rectangular baking dish (metal or glass will work). Freeze. Cut into squares when ready to serve.

This was a yummy dessert especially for this hot hot summer in Houston. My family loved it. Thanks for a especially cool and easy desert. It is also a beautiful shade of pink. I love pink. I added some left over crushed pineapple and sprinkled the top with toasted coconut. My husband thought he was eating a banana split.
