The goodness of cookie butter and peanut butter, topped with chocolate.
1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with wax paper.
2. Using a double boiler, melt together the butter, peanut butter, and cookie butter. Blend until smooth. Add in graham crackers and powdered sugar. Mix well, remove from heat, and pour into prepared pan. Use a rubber spatula to even out the batter.
3. Wash your double boiler and return to heat. Melt chocolate chips until smooth. Remove from heat and pour over peanut/cookie butter mixture. Smooth over the top and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour, until firm.
4. Let stand at room temperature for a minimum of 10 minutes before cutting into bars.
