Have a glass of milk nearby, because these Congo “ish” Bars are ooey, gooey squares of deliciousness.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Use a food processor to grind the crackers into crumbs. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar. Pulse to combine. Pour in the melted butter. Pulse to combine.
Press the crust mixture into a 9 x 9 glass baking pan.
Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, fold together the sweetened condensed milk, coconut, both chocolates, and the nuts.
Spread evenly over the crust.
Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes more.
Let cool completely before cutting into squares and enjoying with a cold glass of milk.
