A healthy dessert you can make for any occasion!
1. Poke sticks into the flat part each banana half (repeat until all bananas are on sticks), arrange them on a wax paper or parchment paper lined baking sheet and pop it in the freezer for 30-45 minutes.
2. Remove the banana pops from the freezer and set aside. Spread out another piece of wax or parchment paper and get your sprinkles ready to go. Following the directions on the dipping chocolate package, melt the chocolate in the microwave.
3. Dip each banana in the melted chocolate, coating it evenly and let some of the excess drip off. Holding the chocolate covered banana over the sheet of parchment paper sprinkle with your favorite topping. Set the finished banana back on the baking sheet and repeat with the rest of the bananas.
4. Pop the finished popsicles into the freezer for another 30-45 minutes or until the chocolate has frozen.
