Crunchy, sweet, smooth goodness in a crust.
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix together the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, and vinegar.
Stir in melted butter, coconut, chocolate chips, and pecans.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 50 minutes or until set.
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, warm or room temperature.
**THIS CAN EASILY BE TURNED IN TO A DIABETIC FRIENDLY DESSERT BY SUBSTITUTING SPLENDA FOR THE SUGAR**

This pie was so easy to make, that I made it while baking another pie! It’s really sweet, a small slice will go a long way! I will definitely make this again…into my recipe box you go!
