Simple ingredients come together to bring you a dessert so addicting that it is almost sinful.
This is as simple as it gets. Spray a small casserole dish with some cooking spray. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
To a bowl, add the coconut, condensed milk, and the white chocolate chips. Mix well and place in the casserole dish.
Place in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top of the dish is nice and golden brown.
Let the dish cool and cut into squares or rectangles. This stuff is addicting so be careful. Between the kids and a few adults, this dessert was devoured. Enjoy.

Not only did I love these, but my hubby (who has been known to pass up dessert) is IN love with these!!! He says this is the best dessert he’s ever tasted! He even moved the printable to the front of my dessert cookbook! Thanks!

I’m thinking this would be great on top of dark chocolate brownies. Bake the brownies first, then top with 1/2 a recipe of coconut bars mix using dark chocolate chips and broil to finish. I may have to try this. I can’t get it out of my mind. Two favorites combined into one glorious treat. Mmmm…

Sounds wonderful!! Will be our dessert tonight.. This would work with any color/flavor of chips! Just as long as there is Coconut, it has to be very special. Wow.. Thanks.
