A great alternative to anyone with a peanut butter allergy, and just as yummy too! Prefer the peanut butter and milk chocolate? Swap ‘em out, no problem.
Butter an 8-inch square baking dish. Set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chips for 45-60 seconds, then check and stir. Continue to microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring each time, until completely melted.
Place butter, marshmallows, sunflower butter, and salt in a large pot. Stir to combine and melt over medium heat, stirring frequently (about 4-5 minutes.) Add cereal and mix to combine.
Put a little cooking spray on a wooden spoon and press half of cereal mixture into the baking dish. Spread half of the melted chocolate on top. Repeat with remaining cereal and chocolate.
Let chocolate harden and cut into squares.
** You could easily swap out the white chocolate and sunflower butter for milk chocolate and peanut butter.
