These delicious cinnamon baked apples are actually good for you and can be made in minutes!
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Core apples and slice them (I used a handy-dandy apple corer/slicer from OXO Good Grips). Place apple slices into 2 individual serving size ramekins and add half the maple syrup and oats to each. Gently stir. Top with cinnamon. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes or until apples are tender.
