Quick chocolate ice cream! I’m convinced brownies make everything better.
In a large bowl, whisk together milk, cream, sugar, cocoa, and coffee. Pour into ice cream maker and follow instructions for freezing, or pour into a shallow dish and freeze, stirring around the edges every hour until ice cream consistency is reached. When almost frozen, add in vanilla and brownie cubes. Ripen in freezer until desired frozen-ness is achieved.

OMG…my hubby is standing here with his mouth open and drooling !!
Says it doesn’t even look like Ice Cream…
