The perfect little snack, these Chocolate Hazelnut Orange Balls are a cinch to whip up and are healthy, too!
In the bowl of your food processor, add the hazelnuts. Pulse until completely broken down, but not quite to the “powder stage.”
To the food processor, add the dates, orange zest and dark chocolate. Pulse until all of the ingredients are broken down and come together to form one solid mass. Depending on the power of your food processor, this may take a few minutes of constant pulsing.
Using a tablespoon-sized scoop, scoop out the chocolatey mixture. Roll into balls and place in an airtight container. Continue this step for the rest of the mixture.
Cover and refrigerate until the balls are firm. They are best served chilled or at room temperature.
They will keep in the refrigerate for about a week. Enjoy!
