With a crisp cookie crust, the creamy, sweet hint of pudding followed by ganache give your mouth pure bliss.
1. Mix cookie mix, 1 stick of softened butter, and egg together completely. Spread in the bottom of a 13” x 9” pan. Bake for 20 minutes on 350 degrees F. Cool completely
2. Mix vanilla pudding, 1/4 cup melted butter, powdered sugar and milk together. Pour over cooled cookie bars. Chill in fridge.
3. Scald cream (put in a saucepan over medium heat and heat to just below the boiling point – you don’t want it to boil) and remove from heat. Add chocolate, stirring tell completely melted. Pour over the top of the chilled bars.
4. Refrigerate to chill the top chocolate ganache layer. Then serve!
