Big beautiful and juicy strawberries covered in dark smooth chocolate.
With a serrated bread knife, finely chop chocolate and place in a small bowl. Place bowl over simmering water and allow to slowly melt. Stir until smooth.
Using a sturdy toothpick through stem end of berry, dip in chocolate, turning to coat about 2/3 the way up the strawberry.
Place dipped berries on parchment-lined tray. Refrigerate until the chocolate has set.
