Description

A delicious, creamy frosting that you can whip up in minutes!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Semi-sweet Chocolate
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk
  • 2-½ cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1-½ teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

Melt chocolate (in the microwave, double boiler, or however you prefer); cool slightly. Blend in cream cheese and milk. Add sugar slowly. Stir in vanilla. Frosts 2 8″ layers.

Very good, but very sweet. Next time I would reduced the sugar by quite a bit.
