Chocolate and Coconut Truffles.
Break up and finely process Marie biscuits in a food processor.
Transfer into a large mixing bowl and add half of the coconut and all the cocoa powder and mix together.
Make a well in the centre and pour in the condensed milk. Mix well and pop it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Pour the rest of the coconut in a shallow bowl. Roll the mixture into small balls and roll through the coconut.
Store in the fridge. These keep for about a week.
