A granola-bar-like dessert. I’m convinced it’s not very healthy (maybe healthy-ish?) with all that chocolate on top. You can’t stop with one. Seriously, my daughters would’ve cleaned out the entire pan in one sitting if I’d have let them!!
Mix all ingredients except for the chocolate chips together, in the order given. Press into a greased 9×13 pan. Top with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Great for a snack.
Great eaten with ice cream.
Great anytime.
