A grown-up version of a childhood favorite!
Spray a 9×13 baking dish with your Misto or lightly grease with butter and line with parchment paper.
In a large pot melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add in the marshmallows. Stir until melted and smooth.
Remove off of the heat and stir in the cocoa powder and Kahlua until completely incorporated. Add in the cereal and gently stir to coat.
Spoon the cereal mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle with the mini chocolate chips and press down with a scrap of parchment.
Let cool completely before removing and cutting into squares.
