Here is your guilt free, SAFE chocolate chip cookie dough! Great to eat with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, cinnamon teddy bear grahams or straight off the spoon!
In a small saucepan, melt butter with brown sugar. Stir continuously until brown sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and set aside.
Beat cream cheese and sugar for one minute. Slowly beat in cooled butter mixture and beat again for another minute.
Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into serving bowl and refrigerate.
***Best day(s) after making it***

heathermm – EXACTLY!! There are NO raw eggs!! Also to serve it with I use nilla wafer cookies, or graham crackers. It would also taste delicious with fruit as well.

Thanks! I think I was so excited by the NAME of this recipe I just went staight to it with out reading the intro. I would just guess SAFE is referring to the fact that there are not any raw eggs in this recipe.

i believe JESSITA gives some suggestions on her lead-in to this recipe from the recipe roll (referring page.) but i haven’t been smart enough to see any intros on demand from a recipe’s page yet. anyone?

I’d like to know what are some good things to use with the dip? Are crackers, cookies, fruit, that sort of thing? What do you use?
