A dessert twist on a cheese ball. Perfect for potlucks and get togethers.
Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
Line a small bowl with plastic wrap and push cheese mixture into bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
To serve, upturn bowl onto platter and peel away plastic wrap. Shaved chocolate or mini chips can be added to the exterior of cheese ball for decoration.
Serve with graham crackers.
