Homemade chocolate ice cream swirled with marshmallow fluff and packed with dark chocolate chunks.
In a bowl, whisk together cream, milk, chocolate syrup and sugar until smooth and combined. Pour into ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Pour chocolate pieces into maker, again following manufacturer’s instructions (mine were mixed in the last 5 minutes of churning).
Pour ice cream into a freezer safe bowl. Gently fold in marshmallow fluff. Don’t mix in completely, you want to see it streaked. Cover and freeze until serving.
Makes about 1 quart.
