This is my mother-in-law’s cherry pie recipe. I added the ‘delight’ because that’s what it is.
A nice refrigerator pie that mixes up quick and is oh, so yummy—and SO not good for the waistline!
In a bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until somewhat fluffy. Fold in the whipped topping. Place this lusciousness into the pie crust, spreading till even. Top with the cherry pie filling.
If you can’t wait any longer, eat it now, or refrigerate for an hour or so before serving.
