Cheesecake is the best. It’s my go-to dessert whether I’m at a restaurant or making dinner at home for friends. I love this recipe. It’s so simple to whip up and it’s always a crowd-pleaser.
Serving dessert in little shot glasses gives it a guilt-free edge as it’s only a few bites, plus it looks super cute this way!
1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, yogurt, caster sugar and lemon zest. Divide the mixture between 8 shot glasses. You may want to tap them gently on your kitchen surface to settle the contents.
2. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the top of the cheesecakes and top each with a mint leaf.
3. Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving, or overnight.
Note: If desired, you can also add a little fruit to the bottom of the shot glass before topping with the cheesecake mix!
