Delicious and super easy, using only a few ingredients. Make these for a quick family dessert and they’ll be gone in a flash!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Using cooking spray, grease a 9×9 baking dish. Unroll crescent dough and push together into the baking dish until the bottom is covered, sealing any seams.
In a mixer, beat cream cheese until softened. Add egg yolk, sugar, and vanilla. Beat on medium high until mixed well and creamy. Spread on top of the uncooked crescent “crust.”
Bake for 30 minutes or until the edges of the crust are golden and the center slightly jiggles. Let cool to room temperature and refrigerate.
Serve cool.

Someone at my church makes these for each potluck and they are wonderful.
