Sweet, crunchy and perfect with vanilla, chocolate and even coffee flavored ice cream. It’s so easy to make, I hope you’ll make two batches and share with a friend.
Scatter the nuts onto a baking sheet and toast in a 350ºF oven for about 5 minutes.
To a saucepan, add the corn syrup, brown sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a simmer on medium heat, stirring often. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until the mixture is well mixed and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and nuts.
Once cool, transfer the mixture to a large jar.
Serve slightly warm or at room temperature, but keep refrigerated when not indulging.
