A super easy dessert perfect for fall.
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
For the crust, in a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter until well combined. Press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
For the filling, in a large bowl, add apples and toss with lemon juice. Add brown sugar and flour and toss to combine. Spread apples evenly over crust.
Heat dulce de leche in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Dollop over the apples and sprinkle with pecans.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until apples are softened.
Allow to cool slightly. Serve warm or at room temperature and with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if you have some.
