Melty, marshmallowy, chocolaty, bananas!
Cut a slit the whole way across the banana, cutting about 3/4 of the way down in depth. Fill the slit with the chocolate chips then cover chocolate chips with the marshmallow pieces.
Wrap the banana in foil and place the foil pack over the coal or embers of a fire (or put them in the oven at 400°F if you aren’t camping).
If cooking on a fire, rotate/turn the bananas every 1-2 minutes. After 4-5 minutes, remove from the fire, carefully open the packs, and serve. If cooking in an oven, cook for 10 minutes, carefully remove from the foil, and serve.

My husband and I love camping with our 7 year old Grandson and these bananas would be perfect along with Smores of course. Question, do you leave the banana in the skin and wrap the whole thing in foil?
