Description

Coffee with ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cold Coffee
  • 3 teaspoons Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream Or Half-And-Half
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Ice Cream

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients except ice cream together. Chill if desired. Place the slightly softened ice cream on the bottom of a glass and pour the coffee mixture on top. Consume immediately.

so good, so easy. make extra coffee to store in the refrigerator so you can have this anytime. I have even made it with the sugar, salt and cream, put that in the refrig to save time—just pour it over the ice cream.
