It’s mostly self explanatory. I put it on Barrel of Fun Cake. See my TastyKitchen recipe box for my Barrel of Fun Cake recipe.
Boil butter and brown sugar over low heat 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk and stir until it boils again. Remove from heat and cool (until it’s lukewarm). Add vanilla and enough icing sugar until it’s the consistency that it will spread well. If you don’t let it cool long enough, you’ll have to add more sugar.
