A super simple buttermilk pie; after the crust, there are only six ingredients that you’re likely to have on hand.
Blend buttermilk, sugar, flour, and melted margarine or butter. Add eggs (beaten) and vanilla. Stir and pour into an uncooked pie shell. Cook at 350 degrees (F) for 45 minutes.
